About the Unit

The Career Development Unit (CDU) is a strategic initiative dedicated to preparing engineering students for a successful transition from academic life to the professional world. It focuses on enhancing non-academic skills that enable students to stand out in a competitive labor market, secure field training, internships and job opportunities, and pursue entrepreneurial paths. The CDU plays a vital role in equipping students with the tools needed to succeed professionally, both locally and globally.

To be a leading platform in developing innovative, market-ready skills among engineering students and empowering them to achieve professional excellence and entrepreneurial success.

The CDU bridges the gap between academic education and industry expectations by:

  • Delivering comprehensive training programs.

  • Fostering strategic partnerships with organizations at national and international levels.

  • Providing tools, resources, and guidance to support students’ professional and entrepreneurial growth.
