Electronics Engineering
Overview
The Department of Electronics Engineering at Yarmouk University was established in 1993 and offers a Bachelor degree of Science in Engineering Technology with a major in Electronics Engineering. This program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org. Special emphasis has been given to the department curriculum to stay up to date with the rapidly changing in the electronics engineering field. The curriculum includes numerous general and specialized courses, four-month in-field industrial practical training, and two-term graduation projects. This prepares our graduates to quickly enroll in the job market.
The department is led by 12 highly qualified faculty members in all disciplines of electronics engineering. The department is furnished with (9) laboratories operated by (5) engineers. Each year (60 - 80) students are enrolled with, currently, (317) students in total. The department staff members have participated in many international and local scientific conferences. The faculty members perform scientific research in various fields such as microelectronics, sensors electronic, digital signal processing, medical applications, electronics, optical and accurate.

The Department was founded in 1982, and started to offer a Bachelor degree in Business Administration since its inception. In 1993, the Department began to offer a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA).
The Department aims to qualify students in theory and practice in the area of business management and administrative skills to keep pace with changes and developments both locally and internationally.
The Department also provides consultation and training services in various fields of business management for both public and private sectors locally as well as internationally.

Yarmouk University attempts to be distinct in the educational field through creativity and excellence in research and community service and also to enhance the business sector by enhancing intellectual capital.
Mission
Providing a superior learning environment in which students can acquire the knowledge and resources needed to meet the dynamic national and international market needs through theoretical and practical knowledge. The Department was founded in 1982, and started to offer a Bachelor degree in Business Administration since its inception.
In 1993, the Department began to offer a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA). The education language of our programs is English. In the MBA program the students must pass the English equilvancy exam. The number of students enrolled in the department is approximately 624 in the undergraduate level and 139 in the postgraduate level.
Currently, the department has eleven staff members, of whom three are professors, three are associate professors, three are assistant professors and two are lecturers. The department also has four students who have currently been granted full scholarships from the university within the B.A department who are to accomplish a PhD in business administration.
The Department aims to equip students in theory and practice in the area of business management and administrative with skills, to keep pace with environmental changes and developments both locally and globally.
The Department also provides consultation and training services in various fields of business management for both public and private sectors regionally and at international level.

- Supplying students with all relevant conceptual, human and technical skills of business administration ( HRM, Organization Behavior, Operation Management, MIS, International Business Management, Strategic Management and Small Business Enterprise).
